When a young woman reluctantly goes to a college for the arts for her father, instead of going to L.A. to pursue her love of DJ-ing, she meets some people that would change her in ways that she would never imagine. In the beginning she has a very guarded heart, so when a young man shows her love, she automatically pushes away. She meets a competitive a capella group, and is promised a chance to live her dream in L.A. Through songs, power hungry girls, and even some time in jail, she is able to open her eyes and embrace a new life. All in all Pitch Perfect was phenomenal It had me laughing all the way through, and the singing was breathtaking. Think of Glee – the college years, raise up the crude humor a few notches and you have Pitch Perfect. I would recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys musicals, Glee or music in general.
